High Frequency Words We will be working on spelling the First 300 High Frequency words with a spelling test each Friday.  Part of Informative Writing - Students learned to identify the parts of informative writing     T - Topic sentence     F - Facts     C- Closing Sentence - Informative writing is like an ice cream sundae. The topic sentence is the cherry on top. The facts are all the yummy parts, the ice cream and the fudge. Then the closing sentence is like to cup at the bottom, that holds it all together.
